The strength of the R&D department is to have both the know-how and the quality of made in Italy in the Rovereto facility. It is from there, by analysing the customer’s needs, that we put in place a tailor-made programme.

Endurance Two Wheelers provides the design of functional systems tailored to specific customer requirements.

Our experts work together with the customer to define, develop and implement the optimal production processes, tools and equipment to meet the requirements of our products. This continuous development of production processes requires continuous updating and constant improvement of production.

FAST PROTOTYPING

Fast prototyping and quick reaction to all customer requirements.

Our products are considered state-of-the-art all over the world: thanks to the capabilities of our R&D department, we develop specific products for every customer need.

TEST BENCH

The best technology at the service of our customers

All our designs are tested by our engineering department on the road and on our state-of-the-art test bench, which, thanks to functionality, performance and durability tests for clutches, and shakedown and simulated road use tests for braking systems, gives us all the information we need for a perfect final performance.
At Endurance Two Wheelers, we have an engineering and design centre, an R&D department for in-door validation tests, a laboratory for friction tests and metrology, integration with the Endurance Overseas materials R&D laboratory, a state-of-the-art twin-dyno roller bench, two benches for testing and validation of braking systems and components, direct connection with the advanced laboratory at the Pro-M facility in Rovereto, and dedicated relationships with the Universities of Trento, Milan and Turin.

PRODUCTION

Continuous quality and research for the best processes

Our production processes are the best, certified by industry bodies and conform to worldwide standards. A production plant of over 7,000 square metres located in Rovereto, totally renovated in 2024, includes all production lines to manufacture our products, in close collaboration with the engineering and R&D departments located in the adjacent facility.
The new investments have increased the level of automation of all production lines and the research and development capabilities for new materials, new products and transformation processes.
